The Fairway Room on the upper level features floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious attached veranda; an ideal setting for an outdoor ceremony.

The Victory Room on the lower level is the perfect site for the more casual event with several flat-screen televisions and a bar-and-grill atmosphere. Painted Hills’ all-inclusive banquet facility specializes in superb service at an excellent value.

Painted Hills is centrally located in the Kansas City metro, and just 7 minutes directly east of The Legends (Village West) and Kansas Speedway. Hotels and shopping abound. Painted Hills' professional and responsive staff is second to none, and would be honored to help you host a most memorable and successful special event.

We seat up to 300 inside the Fairway Room with additional seating available outside. Amenities include a built-in dance floor, fireplace, and large oak bar. Our large veranda offers a panoramic view and overlooks the manicured ninth green and first tee. Our buffet line, should you choose that menu option, will be decorated with your colors.

Our Director of Event and Tournament Sales, Kristin Howard, earned her Wedding Professional Certification from the Beverly Clark Wedding Professional training program. The Beverly Clark Wedding Professional Training Program is designed for hospitality industry professionals, and most specifically those in the catering professional, to sharpen their skills in today's bridal and special events market. With this certification and over 30 years in the hospitality and service industry, Kristin is experienced and excited to help you plan and host a truly unforgettable event!
